This custom home was designed by local Bend architect Howard Spector of Mt. Bachelor Design Studios. Located on its own private gated street, this beautiful home views out over the 8th fairway of the Broken Top golf course, and includes wood clad vaulted ceilings, stone clad interior and exterior fireplaces, gourmet kitchen with honed Nordic black granite counters, extensive use of travertine including large walk-in shower, and even heated toilet seats.

Set on a sloping hillside, this 2920 s.f. contemporary home in Awbrey Glen takes full advantage of the Cascade views. Bend designer Cliff Scott worked directly with the home owners to design this contemporary home with clean lines and modern interior. The large large deck with built-in hot tub has a great view of the mountains. A modern kitchen, unique modern flame fireplace, maple floors, custom designed flush cabinets, built-in entertainment wall, and deluxe master bath with heated towel bars are just some of the features of this fine home.

Awbrey Glen

This 4,064 s.f. high end spec home on Green Lakes Loop overlooks a beautiful lake in Broken Top. The design is decidedly Tuscan with 8 large lights hanging down from the two story living room ceiling, custom Tuscan fireplace with concrete mantle, refrigerated wine room, wrought iron handrail made by local blacksmith, custom garage cabinets and flooring, solid granite in kitchen and solid travertine counter tops in master bath, and hand-glazed custom kitchen cabinets with high end appliances.

Broken Top

We designed and developed this smaller spec home in an established neighborhood on Bend’s east side. This one-of-a-kind 1650 s.f. home includes many features not normally found in homes of this price range.Designed by local designer Cliff Scott from Designs for Living, this home sold immediately upon listing. Features include kitchen cabinets with dove-tailed drawers and soft-closing doors and drawers, Italian porcelain tile counters throughout, distressed wood flooring in downstairs living areas, interior doors with glass transoms above, custom fireplace surround, high efficiency heating and a/c, and a large fenced backyard.

Powers Road

This custom home is located in the Mountain High subdivision in SE Bend. The owners were looking for a place to build a large 3576 square foot single story home in a park-like setting to raised their young family. Designed by the builder, this home needed to include both formal living and dining areas, less formal family area, and three bedrooms in a separate wing for the kids. The style of the home has some Greek Revival elements to it, including custom columns and large gypsum crown mouldings that come out of molds from the famous New York New York Casino in Las Vegas.

Villas at Tuscany Pines

The Villas at Tuscany Pines are a collection of uniquely designed luxury courtyard townhomes that have the feel of single family detached residences. With its Tuscan style architecture, each home has high ceilings, Barcelona tile roofing, high efficient furnace, A/C unit, built-in fire sprinklers, granite slab countertops in kitchen, tiled walk-in shower in master, hand textured walls, bright interiors with lots of windows, and 6" wide wood plank flooring.
